Bernanke undoes all fines and sanctions on big banks

Any fine or legal judgement against a big bank is undone immediately by Ben Bernanke by lending money to them at zero percent.

This means local judges need to allow criminal cases against big banks as legal entities go forward.  Local juries need to convict them of criminal charges as a legal entity.

If the big banks are not criminally convicted, then whatever penalty is imposed by juries and judges is immediately paid for by Ben Bernanke.  This is an overthrow of the rule of law by Bernanke and the federal reserve board and banks.

Judges should not give deference to federal reserve banks or to federal agencies that protect the big banks.  Their employees cycle between the big banks, federal employment, university employment and IMF and World Bank.  These professors are not protecting the public, they are protecting the powerful.  So judges should not defer to them as witnesses or when they are in high level federal jobs perverting federal agencies to protect Wall Street profits and criminality.

Wall Street hires their students at high pay, puts them on outside boards, pays them as consultants, and often hires them as employees at high level.  Wall Street firms also build business schools new buildings that are luxurious.
