In medicine, doctors have superior knowledge to patients and use that knowledge to help them. On Wall Street, the firms have superior knowledge to clients and use that information to hurt them.
Wall Street hires many, but it also pushes many out. Those who like doctors empathize with clients tend to be pushed out. Those who stay give their souls to Mammon.
Doctors are sued a lot by patients, but Wall Street not so much. Courts often give awards to doctors but are very stingy to Wall Street clients. Judges dismiss their claims before they get started. This adds amplitude to the feedback loop from the courts on what behavior should be and is.
Wall Street loves to move people around from country to country to cut ties of loyalty. Disservicing different nationalities and races is easier. So Wall Street promotes it. Politicians are part of this because they are paid by Wall Street during and after office. DOJ DAAGs and AAGs join big law firms to service Wall Street in harming others.
Local prosecutors and state judges have to step in where federal prosecutors and judges protect Wall Street and protect Congress and the Lobbying machines that nominate them. Wall Street can’t buy every local prosecutor and judge.
Local prosecutors need to form posses with professors from local colleges. These are math, physics, business, economics and law professors and their grad students and even undergrad math and science clubs. They need to bring cases in small towns across America against the big Wall Street firms.
This includes criminal prosecution of the major banks as legal entities. Put these cases together and convict them. Put them out of business. That is what the economy needs.
Professors at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, UCLA, Princeton, Cornell, NYU, U Chicago, and so on are part of it. That includes the law professors and law schools. They are paid off by Wall Street too. That includes gifts, legal work, consulting, board memberships, and hiring their students at high pay. That includes expert witness work and appeals court litigation work at huge pay.
