Third, conservatives fear negative consequences of revealing their political beliefs to their colleagues. Finally, they are right to do so: In decisions ranging from paper reviews to hiring, many social and personality psychologists said that they would discriminate against openly conservative colleagues. The more liberal respondents were, the more they said they would discriminate.
Being White, male, Southern, Christian and working for small business profiles you as Tea Party conservative. Guilty as charged. This may partly explain why my work on Peano Axioms gets no support from the institutions. The children suffer for the prejudice of the liberal math ed establishment.
As Whites shrink in relative size, the discrimination against them, especially White men in small business increases.

This shrinking makes us weaker, and that invites attack. To counter balance that we have to speak out more and for each other just like other minority groups do. The consequence of being made a minority is not to keep being sheeple, it is to become goats. Only we can switch from just taking it to speaking out. Others are not our leaders and teachers. We have to do that. For ourselves, our people and for the Peano Axioms.
