John C. Kiriakou exposed information about the Bush Yoo Diversity torture bases network.
The Rosenbergs had specific information about a much greater specific threat than did any person interrogated by Bush. But the “anti-Semitic racist Klan Tea Pary Nazi White Supremacist Christian” 1950s never thought of torturing the Rosenbergs. The threat and the link of the Rosenbergs to it were far greater then.
But under Bush Condi Rice John Yoo progressive diversity, anyone could be picked up off any street in the world and taken to be tortured for months on end.
Obama has prosecuted or threatened prosecution 6 times by the espionage act.
The Rosenbergs helped arm the Soviet Union with enough nukes to blow us up n times over as the phrase went.
In 1995, the U.S. government released a series of decoded Soviet cables, codenamed VENONA, which confirmed that Julius acted as a courier and recruiter for the Soviets but which were ambiguous about Ethel’s involvement. The other atomic spies who were caught by the FBI offered confessions and were not executed, including Ethel’s brother, David Greenglass, who supplied documents to Julius from Los Alamos and served 10 years of his 15-year sentence; Harry Gold, who identified Greenglass and served 15 years in Federal prison as the courier for Greenglass; and a German scientist, Klaus Fuchs. Morton Sobell, who was tried with the Rosenbergs, served 17 years and 9 months of a 30-year sentence. In 2008, Sobell admitted he was a spy and confirmed Julius Rosenberg was “in a conspiracy that delivered to the Soviets classified military and industrial information and what the American government described as the secret to the atomic bomb.”
No torture. Not of any of them. Not even by the Tea Party of the 1950s, which was far more powerful than the Tea Party today.
No one even suggested torturing them. If they had, they would have exposed a much wider network. One that continued to operate for years and has morphed into the current soft communist occupation of the institutions.
Before Bush, if federal courts had discussed press privileges over leaks, exposing a secret network of torture bases that snatched people from the streets all over the world and kept them in stress positions for months, they would have said that was protected and highly meritorious. Now Judge Leonie Brinkema upholds intimidation to cover up the truth about this torture base network and its predation of people on streets all over the world.
The use of information gained by torture undermines the judicial system more than that gained by wiretapping by the NSA. But one is not allowed and the other is. Why?
NSA wiretapping could expose the elites and their meetings and influence peddling. Torture is applied to the other. And increasingly, the White Christian middle class in America is the other to the elites. Time to wake up. To DHS we are Tea Party thugs and racists who deserve the same treatment. This is now what the courts cover up.
